The temple constitution describes the objectives and bylaws of the temple. It is an extensive document covering the fundamental nature of the temple (corporation), objectives, members, board of trustees, board of directors, election, sub committees, meetings, fiscal responsibilities, financial audits, etc.
Hard copies of the constitution will be made available to the devotees on request. The soft copy of the constitution is generally not distributed as to avoid any uncontrolled versions of the constitution available in public fora.
