“Saivaism & Yoga Classes to children” will be re-started after the Summer Break from September 21, 2013 on Saturday evenings by Ottawa Sivan Temple:
– to enhance children’s body and mind health,
– to develop basic knowledge in Saivaism so that they will understand the
meaning and great values inherent in Saivaism, and continue to live as
Saivites,
– to boost understanding of Tamil Saiva culture and the origins of Saivaism,
– to imbibe good habits as theirs from childhood, and
– to improve their energy level and intelligence.
The classes will be conducted by experienced Teachers in Barrhaven considering the requests from many parents.
