The temple constitution describes the objectives and bylaws of the temple. It is an extensive document covering the fundamental nature of the temple (corporation), objectives, members, board of trustees, board of directors, election, sub-committees, meetings, fiscal responsibilities, financial audits, etc.
The soft copy of the constitution is generally not distributed to avoid any uncontrolled versions of the constitution available in public fora.
