Notice of Special Annual General Meeting: Ottawa Sivan Temple
The Ottawa Sivan Temple’s Special Annual General Meeting (S-AGM) is scheduled for Saturday, February 24th, 2024, at 4:30 PM, to be held at the temple premises.
To participate as a Temple general body member, a devotee must have made an annual donation of $250.00 or sponsored day pooja(s) during the 2023 period.
During the S-AGM, a new vision for the New Constitution will be presented, aiming to increase the number of directors, remove duplicated information, and provide additional clarification. If approved, the new concept will commence in 2024. Interested members may review the New Constitution, which will be available at the Temple office beginning February 20th, 2024.

ஒட்டாவா சிவன் கோயிலின் 2024 விசேட வருடாந்தப் பொதுக்கூட்டம் சனிக்கிழமை 24-02-2024 மாலை 4.30 மணிக்கு கோயில் வளாகத்தில் நடைபெறும்.
(2022/2023ல்) வருடாந்தம் $250 கோயிலுக்கு உபகாரம் செய்தவர்களும் நாள் பூசை/விசேட பூசைகள் உபயகாரர்களும் அங்கத்தவர்களாக இக்கூட்டத்தில் பங்குபற்றி வாக்களிக்கத் தகுதியானவர்களாவர்.
இக் கூட்டத்தில் திருத்தப்பட்ட யாப்பு உங்கள் பார்வைக்கு முன்வைக்கப்படும், இது இயக்குநர்களின் எண்ணிக்கையை அதிகரிப்பது, நகல் தகவல்களை அகற்றுவது மற்றும் கூடுதல் தெளிவுபடுத்தல் ஆகியவற்றை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டது. அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்டால், புதிய கருத்து 2024 இல் தொடங்கும். ஆர்வமுள்ள உறுப்பினர்கள் புதிய அரசியலமைப்பை மதிப்பாய்வு செய்யலாம், இது பிப்ரவரி 20, 2024 முதல் கோயில் அலுவலகத்தில் கிடைக்கும்.
